Andrew Gi is the Vice President of the Disposition and Valuation department of The Ivy Group.

Mr. Gi has extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation in the greater San Francisco Bay Area region. Andrew has provided appraisal services for many property types and uses, including: redevelopment sites, subdivisions, parklands, easements, office high-rise, business parks, specialized industrial uses, medical facilities, senior care and housing facilities, apartment complexes, affordable/tax-credit projects, mobile home parks, hotels, gas stations, self-storage, recreation/sports facilities, public facilities, etc. Mr. Gi has a Certified General appraisal license in California. Andrew earned the CCIM and MAI designations, which are both highly regarded in the commercial and valuation industries.
