Stay abreast of pricing in surrounding community and advise client of any changes

Create and present detailed, written marketing plan including specific strategies and programs to expose property to largest possible pool of buyers

Provide monthly report to client on current and/or new marketing efforts, contacts, leads and other developments

Provide advice and negotiating strategies to client on all offers to purchase and formulating counter-offers

 |
Coordinate real estate appraisals, inspections, repairs and final walk through
|
 |
Confirm when all contigencies of sale have been satisfied
|
 |
Coordinate with client on the real estate transaction
|
 |
Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate sales transactions
|
 |
Consult with client relating to the services provided, including presentations as necessary
|
 |
Initiate opening of escrow and follow through and complete all phases of the sales transactions to closing
