Our army of virtual assistants are highly organized and detail oriented with a strong background in commercial real estate. They provide administrative support, manage real estate transactions, and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all commercial real estate activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize real estate documentation and records
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in the preparation and review of real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Conduct market research and analysis to support real estate transactions and decision making
- Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions
- Maintain and update property listings and databases
- Provide administrative support such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the real estate team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience, specifically in the commercial real estate sector
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, terminology, and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools (e.g., AirForm, LoopNet, CREXI, RealNex, etc)
- Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of organizational and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
